PV GAS to organize Annual General Shareholder Meeting of 2013

Implementing the provisions of Corporate Law and Charter of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS), PV Gas held the 2013’s Annual General Shareholder Meeting on April 15, 2013 at PV Gas Tower, HCMC to submit for discussion and approval of:

- Amending and supplementing the Charter of PV GAS;;
- Reporting the results of business activities, audited Financial statement and Profit allocation plan in 2012 as well as Business plan and Profit allocation plan in 2013;
- Reporting on the Board of Directors’ activities in 2012 and action plan in 2013;
- Reporting on the Board of Inspection’s activities in 2012 and action plan in 2013, proposal of independent auditor selection for 2013; organization and operation regulations of the Board of Inspection;
- Reporting on the Board of Inspection’s activities in 2012 and action plan in 2013, proposal of independent auditor selection for 2013; organization and operation regulations of the Board of Inspection;
- Electing Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Do Khang Ninh - President and CEO of PV GAS has been elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors (concurrently within 2 months), replacing for Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan who was retired.
