PV Gas lauching the emulation movement for 2012
In order to further promote achievements obtained in 2011 and well carry out the orientations, plans and tasks set for PV Gas in 2012; leaders of PV Gas and Trade Union of PV Gas call on all personnel to make every effort, jointly competing with each other with the aim at successfully implementing the 2012 plan.
Accordingly, PV Gas will fully apply any resources to focus on business production, ensure safe and optimail operation of the system of gas pipelines, strive to complete ahead of schedule the targets for 2012, namely: consumed dry gas output: 8,333 million m3, Condensate output: 50,000 tons, LPG output: 870,000 tons, Revenue: VND 55,168 billion, State budget payment: VND 2,989 billion, Pre-tax profit: VND 6,437 billion, Net profit: VND 5,285 billion.
For construction investment tasks, PV Gas will maintain tight control, speed up the progress of project completion in 2012, especially key petroleum projects of the State, the Group, PV Gas and its affiliates, including fulfilling and putting the refrigerated LPG project into operation in Quarter IV/2012; accelerate the implementation of LNG projects to ensure the approved progress, fulfill the feasibility study, prepare FEED and cost estimate of the system of import and distribution of imported LNG in Son My, complete surveys in support of FEED and cost estimate of LNG 1MMPTA project at Thi Vai; fulfill 15% work load of Block B – O Mon Pipeline project, 18% workload of Nam Con Son 2 Pipeline project, 10% workload of GPP Ca Mau project; complete preparations for project investment: gas gathering pipelines in the Red River basin, Thang Long – Dong Do associated gas gathering pipelines, Dai Hung – Nam Con Son 2 gas pipelines and the expansion project of Dragon Oilfield gas gathering system (phase 1).
PV Gas will continue preparing and implementing the corporate restructure, re-arrangement and renovation in the Corporation according to instructions of the Group, with focus on key areas and consider this as a big program, a key duty of the Corporation from 2012 to 2015.
Accordingly, PV Gas will absolutely not extend investments outside the industry, in none core business areas, prepare the roadmap for divestment/selling shares in enterprises not within the main scope of activity. The care for improvement of physical and spiritual life, working conditions, housing conditions, employee income... is also considered as an emulation target, help employees feel at ease for working and contribution.
In 2012, PV Gas will implement the social security tasks as committed; review the Corporation's programs with localities and plan to actively carry out projects of living condition support, difficulty share, development assistance, hunger eradication and poverty alleviation in difficult provinces, especially in the provinces where gas works/projects are located; in 2012, the entire PV Gas would strive to donate VND 100 billion to education, health, ... in the provinces and localities in association with the implementation of the emulation movements "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas" - This is one of the important political duties of the Group, as well as the key contents of the emulation and commendation work in 2012 and the period of 2011 - 2020.
