PV GAS hands over 228 houses in Cao Bang
On November 2, 2024, Petrovietnam Gas Corporation (PV GAS) collaborated with the Fatherland Front Committee of Cao Bang Province to hand over 228 houses to those with difficulties.
The national goal to "eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" has mobilized diverse resources from central to local levels and businesses. With a great hope to take part in this initiative, PV GAS has taken the lead in the construction of solidarity houses for the underprivileged.
PV GAS gives VND 10 billion to Cao Bang Province
Mr. Nguyen Cong Luan, PV GAS’ Vice President, representing the Corporation, donated VND 10 billion to the Fatherland Front Committee of Cao Bang Province to support the construction of 228 houses for the needy in face of the upcoming harsh winter.
This contribution by PV GAS to Cao Bang depicts its compassion, care, and shared humanity to this underprivileged mountainous region.
Site visit to the newly built houses in Cao Bang
Representatives from the Fatherland Front Committee of Cao Bang Province expressed gratitude to PV GAS for their support, and also updated the delegation on the local program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses. From 2021 to 2025, Cao Bang Province has approved funding to support 16,627 houses in need of repair or rebuilding. To date, 2,473 houses have been constructed or repaired, with a total expenditure exceeding VND 102 billion.
