PV Gas LPG Cylinders (Joint Stock Company)

PV Gas Cylinder is assigned by Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) and Petro Vietnam Gas Corporation (PV Gas) to produce, trade in gas cylinders with the brand of PetroVietnam. The major business activities and functions of PV Gas Cylinder include:  

• To produce new 12 kg and 45 kg gas cylinders in accordance with standards DOT-4BA-240, DOT-4BW-240 and 6292-1997.

• To produce 0.6 kg gas cylinders with HDPE plastic body plate and steel core in accordance with standard DOT-4BA-240.
•  
• To produce 3/4’’ valve boss - in accordance with standard 14NGT JIS G4051 S20C.
•  
• To provide repair, maintenance and inspection services for all kinds of gas cylinders.
•  
• To trade gas cylinder materials and accessories for repair and re-inspection services.

The company’s goal throughout production and trade activities is ensuring to protect the interests and safety of end-user using gas cylinders. The company always pays great attention to the quality of input raw materials and strictly checks them before being put into production. The main raw materials such as steel, valves, valve boss, welding wire and solder are directly imported from recognized companies in the world such as Japan, Thailand, Korea e.t.c. This production line is completely closed and synchronized from germs to finished products and able to automatize more than 80% of equipments imported from the G7 countries (Japan, USA e.t.c).

The application of quality management system ISO 9001: 2008 has improved product quality, ensured the firm stand of the gas cylinder brand “PetroVietnam” on current market and attracted the cooperation from domestic customers and joint venture companies.
