PV GAS units signed together “LPG supply agreement” and “LNG supply framework contract”
Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS) including PV GAS TRADING, PV GAS LNG, PV GAS D and CNG VIETNAM on March 26 organized a signing ceremony of “LPG supply agreement” and “LNG supply framework contract”.
The ceremony was an important event in line with PV GAS’ business and market development strategy and orientation in next years.
“LPG supply agreement” between PV GAS TRADING (PetroVietnam Gas Trading Company), PV GAS D (PetroVietnam Low Pressure Gas Distribution Joint Stock Company) and CNG VIETNAM (CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company) lasts three years. Under the agreement, PV GAS TRADING will supply LPG through PV GAS D/CNG VIETNAM when the latter’s customers use it as alternative fuel.
“LNG supply framework contract” between PV GAS LNG, PV GAS D and CNG VIETNAM lasts 10 years. Under the agreement, PV GAS LNG will be the unique unit to supply LNG to PV GAS D and CNG VIETNAM.
Signing “LPG supply agreement” between PV GAS TRADING, PV GAS D, and CNG VIETNAM will take advantage of market advantages and the customer network of the Corporation’s affiliated units in supplying gas sources and energy solutions.
Signing “LNG supply framework contract” between PV GAS LNG, PV GAS D and CNG VIETNAM marked the transformation in business model from domestic gas consumption into the use of imported LNG. The signing will create conditions for the Corporation and its units to develop advantages of existing customer network, to strengthen the close co-operation among the units, to effectively transform the business model to increase market shares and maximize the consumption of imported LNG; to promote an active role in making and carrying out business plans to best meet customer demands, and to maximize benefits and resources of the Corporation and its units as well.
