PV GAS TRADING successfully conducts corporate culture training
PV GAS TRADING recently conducted an extraordinarily successful corporate culture training course. The event saw the participation of Mr. Trinh Hai, Deputy Manager of PV GAS TRADING; Mr. Ngo Duy Trong, President of the Labor Union; and representatives from the Petrovietnam University (PVU), the partnering institution for the training.

The program aimed at giving guidelines on how to approach, understand, and uphold values of a company, with diverse topics such as the importance of corporate culture and how it can promote the working environment, as well as how to foster corporate culture following a “One team, one goal” mindset.
During the session, attendees were also offered manuals and case studies to investigate how to establish and enhance corporate culture in the company. Additionally, in-depth discussions were conducted, all helping the participants to gain a thorough grasp of corporate culture.

Overall, the training course expanded the attendees’ knowledge of corporate culture, as well as its implementations to increase production and business rate within the Company. Furthermore, building a PV GAS TRADING handbook for the culture was strongly emphasized to construct and implement a positive and effective environment, aligning with the core values of PV GAS.
