PV GAS celebrates Vietnam Legal Day
Vietnam Legal Day is held on November 9. To celebrate this day, the PV GAS Legal division, in collaboration with ICML Consulting LLC, organized a training session on "Legal Issues in Gas/LNG Sales Contracts", aiming at improving PV GAS’ employees’ expertise, skills, and competencies in negotiating and executing gas/LNG sales contracts.

The training was attended by 130 PV GAS employees involved in the Corporation’s trading activities (sales, transportation, and processing), and was conducted in a hybrid format, with both offline and online platforms.

PV GAS also actively promoted Vietnam Legal Day through slogans and communication efforts to raise awareness within the Coporation.

Moreover, PV GAS has recently been participating in providing constructive feedback on draft legal documents proposed by state agencies. Through these contributions, the Corporation has helped ensure that legal regulations align with the practical needs of its business operations, Petrovietnam, and the national energy sector.
