PV GAS, PV GAS LPG Vietnam and JCCP tie up to build the management system of LPG distribution
Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS) , Petrovietnam LPG Joint Stock Company (PV GAS LPG Việt Nam) and Japan Cooperation Center, Petroleum (JCCP) on September 29 in 2019 signed up a co-operative agreement to carry out a Project on setting up a management system of LPG distribution. The signing ceremony was held online in the context of COVID-19 prevention and control in Vietnam and Japan.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh - Deputy General Director of PV GAS, and Mr. Nguyen Hai Long - Deputy Director of PV GAS LPG Vietnam attended at the signing ceremony in the online bridgehead at PV GAS’ headquarter in HCM City.
At the bridgehead in Tokyo – Japan, there were Mr. Eiji Hiraoka - Executive Director of JCCP; and Mr. Hironori Hagio - President of Hagio Company.
Since 2017, implementing PV GAS ' development strategy of LPG retail market in the 2016-2020 period, PV GAS and PV GAS LPG Vietnam has worked with JCCP and Hagio Company to conduct a study on the capacity of installing the LPG output monitoring system on LPG cylinders and using the system in LPG retail distribution.
On January 16 in 2019, PV GAS and JCCP signed a cooperative agreement to carry out a research project on modernization of the LPG industry in Viet Nam. The initial results of the project have supported PV GAS to optimize LPG delivery and admission; to Save shipping costs; to Manage gas cylinders, to control rotation and improve efficiency of gas cylinder rotation; to Save painting costs; to Limit gas loss in the delivery process; to Optimize in personnel structure and control; to Promote relationships between sellers and buyers; to Ensure safety in the process of using gas of customers and minimize the risk of fire incidents.
In order to promote these research results, and overcome some shortcomings and problems, PV GAS / PV GAS LPG and JCCP have signed a cooperative agreement to continue the project.
On behalf of the three parties, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh - Deputy General Director of PVGAS, Mr. Nguyen Hai Long - Deputy Director of PV GAS LPG Vietnam, and Mr. Eiji Hiraoka – JCCP Senior Executive Director signed to carry out the Project on setting up a management system of LPG distribution. The signing ceremony was witnessed by the leaders of the parties.
The signing ceremony was held in a warm atmosphere and with the hopes of a good cooperation future.
