PV GAS INFORMATION DISCLOSURE: Regarding to the extension of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2020.

PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation - (PV GAS) recently reports to the State Securities Commission (SSC) and Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) and publicly announces the extension of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2020 of  PV GAS.

In the announcement of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation - stock code GAS, it writes: On April 3, 2020, PV GAS 'Board of Management issued Resolution No. 35/NQ-KVN, which decide to extend the time of holding of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2020 to limit risks of infection and ensure the health of the community when the situation of Covid-19 pandemic is getting more complicated in Vietnam.

This is a follow-up action of PV GAS to cope with the complicated development of the Covid-19 pandemic as well as to implement the Ministry of Health's recommendation to limit public gathering; especially in accordance with the Direction of the Government, the Prime Minister, the National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control on nationwide distancing to prevent the spread of disease.

The General Meeting of Shareholders must be held at appropriate time. The new official time shall be announced according to the current regulations.
