PV GAS D sets Party committee as foundation for its breakthroughs and sustainable development
On March 25 in Ho Chi Minh City, the Party Committee of PV GAS D held its 5th Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
Hosts of the Congress
During the previous term, under the close guidance of PV GAS' Party Committee, PV GAS D's Party Committee had successfully implemented the Resolution of its 4th Party Congress (2020-2025). It led the entire political system to overcome difficulties and surpass all set targets. Notably, the total gas supply from 2020-2025 reached 5,530.9 million Sm3, with annual consumption first exceeding 1 billion Sm3 in 2021. The company achieved total revenue of 52,788 billion VND, reaching 101% of the five-year target, and first surpassed 10,000 billion VND in annual revenue in 2022. Pre-tax profit totaled 1,746 billion VND while state budget contributions reached 705 billion VND, exceeding their respective five-year targets by 139% and 148%.
Regarding ideological and political work, the Company Party Committee focused on propagating Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's ideology, Party policies, state laws, and the achievements of national reforms, along with emphasizing energy and food security.
For the 2025-2030 term, PV GAS D aims at strengthening iys strong, transparent political system. The company will pursue breakthrough and sustainable development through digital transformation, innovation, and international-standard governance. Other priorities include improving workforce quality, developing integrated business models, promoting energy transition and green transformation, while maintaining its leading role in supply and enhancing competitiveness.

At the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, PV GAS' Party Secretary and Chairman, praised PV GAS D's achievements. He highlighted the Party Committee's political leadership and the Board of Directors' management efficiency, while emphasizing PV GAS' development directions and PV GAS D's critical role. He urged further strengthening of the Party Committee and enhancing leadership effectiveness across all operations.
Election at the Congress
Participants at the Congress also elected the 5th-term PV GAS D Party Executive Committee (2025-2030) consisting of 7 members. Mr. Le Minh Hai was elected as Party Committee Secretary, while Mr. Do Pham Hong Minh became Deputy Party Committee Secretary and Head of the Inspection Committee. The Congress also elected 18 official delegates and 2 alternates to attend PV GAS' 11th Party Congress.
