Year-end gatherings at PV GAS
Across PV GAS units, their labor unions organized year-end parties, with gift-giving for employees, and special attention to those facing particularly difficult circumstances. Additionally, PV GAS leaders and labor union representatives visited key projects, units, and employees in need to deliver presents and Tet wishes.
PV GAS also emphasized the importance of timely and continuous communication about its Tet care activities. This included promoting major national holidays through various media channels, websites, fan pages, banners, and displays at gas facilities. These efforts aimed to create a widespread festive atmosphere, celebrating the new spring while commemorating the 95th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – February 3, 2025) and preparing for the 14th National Party Congress.
Spreading Love – Strengthening Bonds
To ensure all union members and employees, especially those in difficult circumstances, could enjoy Tet, PV GAS allocated 100 million VND from Vietnam Oil and Gas Labor Union’s budget to support the Tet program in 2025. This funding assisted PV GAS COATING and PV GAS PIPE in organizing activities for employees in remote areas and those working during the holiday.
During the program, the PV GAS COATING Labor Union also extended its compassion by presenting Tet gifts to employees suffering from illnesses and undergoing long-term treatment. These practical gifts were handed directly to the recipients, offering them warmth and motivation. At the year-end gathering, the union, in collaboration with management, distributed over 140 gift sets to all employees, wishing them a new year filled with health, happiness, and success. Additionally, employees enjoyed cultural performances that added to the festive spirit.
PV GAS PIPE supports struggling employees
At PV GAS PIPE, amidst the bustling production of steel pipes for the Block B – O Mon project at year-end, the company’s labor union, with support from the Vietnam Oil and Gas Labor Union and PV GAS, organized the "Spring of Love 2025" program. This initiative aimed to share and encourage employees facing hardships in their lives.
During the event, the organizing committee presented 50 gift sets. This act of solidarity and mutual support reinforced the spirit of unity under the motto "One Team, One Goal," enabling everyone to overcome challenges, fulfill their tasks, and contribute to the company’s strong development.
Employees of PV GAS COATING and PV GAS PIPE expressed deep gratitude to the Vietnam Oil and Gas Labor Union and PV GAS for their timely and meaningful support during Tet. The success of these programs highlighted the labor union’s role in connecting and supporting in caring for employees’ lives, as well as promoting a corporate culture of compassion, unity, and sharing.
