Subsidiary Party Congresses for 2025-2027
Under the direct guidance of PV GAS CA MAU’s Party Committee, three subsidiary Party Cells—Office, Operations, and Technical-Safety—successfully held their 2025-2027 term congresses. These were pivotal political events, crucial not only for each cell but also for comprehensive preparations for the 4th Company Party Congress.

Reports at the congresses highlighted achievements in Party-building and leadership in political tasks, ensuring the safe, stable, and efficient operations of the Ca Mau Gas Processing Plant (GPP Ca Mau) and all business production targets met. They also honestly addressed limitations, analyzed root causes, and drew valuable lessons.
A key agenda item was electing new Party Cell Executive Committees for 2025-2027. Through meticulous preparation and adherence to Party regulations, members democratically elected exemplary leaders with strong political qualities, ethics, competence, and responsibility. The results reflected unity, consensus, and trust in the new leadership to guide the cells toward future goals.
The successful congresses demonstrated the maturity and strength of PV GAS CA MAU’s Party organizations, laying a solid foundation for the 4th PV GAS CA MAU Party Congress (2025-2030).
Activities celebrating Party Congress
Beyond the congresses, PV GAS CA MAU Party Committee directed mass organizations (Trade Union, Youth Union) to launch practical cultural-sports activities.
Early in 2025, the "Spring and Party Celebration Sports Festival" attracted many employees competing in various sports. The festival promoted health, camaraderie, and solidarity across departments.

To enhance the green-clean-beautiful workplace environment, a tree-planting event was held in February 2025. Leaders and employees planted 500 golden shower trees at the GPP Ca Mau plant, showcasing environmental commitment. The company’s Youth Union expanded this effort by planting another 500 trees along the PM3 pipeline on March 26, totaling 1,000 new trees that symbolize sustainable development and community responsibility.

To promote PV GAS’ corporate culture, a video contest on "Professionalism – Responsibility – Creativity – Connection" was launched from March 28 to April 28, 2025, encouraging employees to creatively express these core values.

Building on these achievements, the new Party Cell Committees will swiftly stabilize operations, establish working regulations, and implement action plans to realize congress resolutions.
