PV GAS appoints Head of Legal Department

Basing on working requirements and cadre affairs, Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS) approved to appoint Mrs Tran Thi Kim Lien, who obtained a Master of Laws, as Head of the Corporation’s Legal Department. PV GAS on June 24 organised a Ceremony to announce and hand over its Board of Directors’ decision on this appointment.

At the Ceremony, Mr Duong Manh Son, PV GAS’ General Director, handed over the decision and presented flower to the Head of Legal Department Tran Thi Kim Lien.

Speaking at the Ceremony, Mrs Tran Thi Kim Lien expressed their deep gratitude to leaders of PV GAS for their trusts in handing over the great responsibility and would take efforts in striving for the completion of tasks. Within 27 years of working in the Gas and Oil Industry in different positions, Mrs Tran Thi Kim Lien has expressed her determination to complete the assigned tasks and to strengthen the implementation of legal activities to contribute to developing PV GAS more sustainably.

PV GAS’ General Director Duong Manh Son congratulated and said that from Corporation’s current working requirements and the implementation process of restructuring, the appointment was the assessment and acknowledgement of PV GAS for the dynamic cadre who works with heart and well to help its development. The PV GAS’ General Director emphasized the high agreement of PV GAS’ leaders in the appointment and trusts in a new force of cadres to create a new vitality, to reinforce and develop the staff more strongly, who are able to undertake each requirement in the Corporation’s development in more than five years. For the Corporation’s legal activities especially, PV GAS’ leaders always have taken care of and had requirements about guidelines and suggestions from the Legal Department to ensure effectiveness in the compliance with laws in its production and trades, and sustainable development.
