PV GAS Redefines Success through Corporate Social Responsibility
Through a lengthy and resilient journey, PV GAS has cultivated enduring values acknowledged by society. This contribution has led to a positive impact, elevating its brand image as a leading entity in Vietnam's gas industry, as well as a flagship of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam).
Over the past 33 years, PV GAS has actively implemented numerous Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs to support education, healthcare, and construction of accommodations in economically disadvantaged areas. Just in 2023, the Corporation allocated over VND 105B for social welfare, with education and healthcare being the two focal sectors, at approximately VND 80B over VND 20B respectively.
PV GAS sponsored the construction of Nghia An Commune Kindergarten, Ninh Giang District, Hai Duong.
Offering support to Vietnam’s education is one of the bright spots in PV GAS’ CSR journey. In 2023, the Corporation sponsored the construction of schools in the mountainous district of Huong Son, Ha Tinh, Hung Thinh ethnic minority boarding primary and secondary schools in Bao Lac district, Cao Bang, Tan Thanh ethnic minority boarding school in Mai Chau district, Hoa Binh and so on.
In addition, PV GAS was also a scholarship donor for outstanding students of Hanoi University of Science and Technology and PetroVietnam University, supported scholarship funds for students in need in Binh Dinh and Binh Thuan provinces as well as donated bicycles for students in Hoang Ha commune, Hoang Hoa district, Thanh Hoa.
Supporting education is such a meaningful way to invest in the future. PV GAS has affirmed its commitment to accompanying the young generations in need by nurturing them and fostering their academic pursuits.

In the field of healthcare, PV GAS' CSR activities are also evident, diverse, and widespread. These programs include:
• Donating funds to purchase medical equipment,
• Sponsoring surgery for children with congenital hepatitis at Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital,
• Sponsoring the construction of health stations/centers in economically disadvantaged districts and towns,
• Supporting primary healthcare for people with difficult circumstances,
• and so on.
