Petrovietnam Deputy CEO Le Xuan Huyen visits PV GAS Vung Tau
During the visit to Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, a delegation from Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) led by Deputy CEO Le Xuan Huyen visited Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS) for working on the latter’s production and business performance in the first half of 2022 and relevant issues.
Hosting the visit, PV GAS representatives included Chairman of the Board of Directors Duong Manh Son, Deputy CEO Huynh Quang Hai and leaders of its specialized departments, affiliated units and members.
The delegation visited Dinh Co Gas Processing Plant, PV GAS Vung Tau Terminal and the construction site of Thi Vai LNG Storage Facility. After that, the delegation had meetings with PV GAS.
At the meetings, Chairman of the Board of Directors at PV GAS Duong Manh Son and its members reported and analyzed the business performance in the first half of the year, updating the production and business scenarios to achieve and even exceed the 2022 plan which was assigned by the Group. Especially, PV GAS reported specifically the operation, maintenance and repair of gas works, the progress of completing and launching the LNG Thi Vai Terminal, and several operational issues at PV GAS Vung Tau Terminal.
Speaking at the meeting, Petrovietnam’s Deputy CEO Le Xuan Huyen highly appreciated the solutions and efforts that PV GAS had addressed and made to ensure the progress and quality of task performance. Mr. Le Xuan Huyen also quickly instructed several orientations for the second half of 2022 and the next period, with the strengthened coordination of PV GAS with units in the industry to turn PV GAS Vung Tau Terminal into the highlight of the whole industry, fulfilling the duty of the largest gas industrial seaport in the country, ensuring advantages for PV GAS to maintain its position as the mainstay unit of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group.
