PV GAS teams quickly enter the "2023 Petroleum Spring" Online Race Tournament
As the 5th day of the “2023 Petroleum Spring" Online Race Tournament, a fairly high proportion of the "runners" in the 6 teams named PV GAS reached the targets of women’s 50 km and men’s 70km. The remaining runners were still diligently running every day, contributing every kilometer to the common achievement of PV GAS. In the midst of a busy April, the work pace was speeding, the moments of dedication to the tournament were all the more precious.
In 2022, the whole industry witnessed the great success of the 1st "Petroleum Spring" online race with viral influence, becoming a strong movement at affiliated trade unions, attracting a large number of employees.
This year's online race tournament took place in 10 days, starting at 0:00 on April 6 and ending at 11:59 p.m. on April 16, with the participation of nearly 7,100 runners in the Oil and Gas industry across the country, from 33 units’ trade unions of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group’s Trade Union.
Opening the race on April 6, Chairman of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group’s Trade Union Nghiem Thuy Lan shared: The "Petroleum Spring" online race tournament contributed to the beauty of the Petroleum culture in improving the spiritual life of its workers; having good health to improve efficiency, labor productivity, and striving to achieve targets and tasks in production and business.
Comrade Tran Xuan Thanh, Chairman of PV GAS Trade Union also sent to PV GAS employees a call to respond: "Please all employees joined enthusiastically in the "Petroleum Spring" online race tournament, promoting the tradition of exercises and sports of PV GAS Trade Union as well as its affiliated unions; contributed to building a joyful and exciting cultural life, creating a healthy and useful playground, and exchanging between trade unions in the industry”.
Responding to the movement, PV GAS was one of the units which registered and participated enthusiastically. If in the 2022 Tournament, PV GAS had 170 runners to join, this year, more than 500 PV GAS runners competed, with addresses in all regions: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, provinces of Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Dong Nai, Ca Mau, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Thai Binh, ...
In the 2022 Petroleum Spring Tournament, the PV GAS team won many awards for both teams and individuals, but in this second race, PV GAS runners continued gaining high achievements and promising many breakthroughs.
