PV GAS donates VND3 billion to build a health station in Tho Hai Commune in Thanh Hoa Province’s Tho Xuan District

To carry out a corporate social responsibility of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS), authorities and people of Tho Xuan District’s Tho Hai Commune in the northern province of Thanh Hoa have organised a ceremony to put the Tho Hai Commune’s Health Station into use.

The station, worth VND3.47 billion, including VND3 billion from the donation of PV GAS, is the one-store building with 13 rooms equipped with fans, lights, beds, medicine cabinet, and other basic medical devices to serve health examination and treatment for people in the commune.

The new health station was built on the land of the old one which was built in the 1990s early and degraded too severely to ensure to serve people any more. So the new one will help health examination and treatment become better and ensure to meet the demand of examination and treatment for people in the community.

At the ceremony, Comrade Vu Trung Dung, vice chairman of People’s Committee in the Tho Hai Commune represented the local people to say thanks for the timely assistance of Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation and Vietnam Oil and Gas Group. The health station’s staff pledged to take advantage of its facilities to serve people the best.
