On March 29, 2024, Petrovietnam Gas (PV GAS) organized a meeting with the Vietnam Petroleum Association (VPA) to discuss the cooperation between the two parties as per the agreement signed in October 2023.

On March 11, 2024, Petrovietnam Gas Corporation (PV GAS) signed the Confirmation Notice with QatarEnergy LNG to buy the first LNG cargo for 2024. Approximately 3.2 million mmBTU (~ 63,000 tons) of LNG will be delivered to Thi Vai LNG Terminal, expectedly on April 12-13, 2024, to serve industrials’ demand, contributing to Vietnam’s energy security when the country enters the dry season.

On March 19, 2024, CNG Viet Nam JSC (PV GAS CNG) - a member unit of Petrovietnam Gas Corporation (PV GAS), officially introduced LNG to customers in Thuan Dao Industrial Park - Long An, marking the debut of PV GAS/PV GAS CNG's optimal energy solution package with an integrated CNG/LNG/LPG business model, offering customers a diverse range of products, flexible and stable supply sources at competitive prices.

In 2024’s Q1, PV GAS TRADING continued to experience high growth in business, with LPG sales volume and revenue increasing by 67% and 57% respectively y-o-y.

On March 15, 2024, PV GAS officially commenced supplying LNG for industrial customers with the first fleets of LNG trailers, originating from Thi Vai LNG truckloading station (Vung Tau) to PV GAS CNG’s LNG satellite station in Thuan Dao (Long An). This marks a significant milestone, heralding the introduction of PV GAS' Optimal Energy Solutions Package, integrating the LPG/CNG/LNG business model, offering customers with diverse, flexible and stable product choices at competitive prices.

On March 6, 2024, PV COATING Joint Stock Company (PV GAS COATING) and Ventura IOT Sdn Bhd (VENTURA) held a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement aimed at supporting development and expanding market presence.

On March 8, 2024, Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS) held a press release in Hanoi to share its business results of 2023 as well as orientation and plans for 2024, and officially announce the deployment of LNG supply for industrial production from March 15, 2024.

On March 5, 2024, at the headquarter of Petrovietnam Gas Corporation (PV GAS), a press release was held with the purpose of officially announcing the deployment of LNG supply for industrial production as in the Corporation’s integrated business model of LPG/CNG/LNG.

This is the second year that Petrovietnam Gas Corporation (PV GAS) has been a companion to the "Energy and Development" program, which airs at 9:00 PM every Saturday and Sunday on VTC14 channel.

On February 16th 2024, Petrovietnam’s delegation, led by Mr. Le Manh Hung, Chairman of the Board of Members (BOM), President & CEO conducted a meeting with PV GAS to discuss the Corporation’s 2024 plan and strategic/mid/long-term development.
