Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2021: votes Mr.Nguyen Thanh Binh as Chairman of PV GAS LPG Board of Directors

Petrol Vietnam LPG Joint Stock Company (PVGAS LPG) successfully organized Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2021 at Petroleum Institute’s building at 167 Trung Kinh Street in Ha Noi’s Cau Giay District.

PVGAS LPG on February 19 organized Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2021.

In the meeting, on behalf of the meeting Presidium, Mr. Nguyen Hai Long, Director of PVGAS LPG, presented the Statement on the appointment and dismissal of the Director Board members.

On the basis of Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS)’s recommendation, the meeting agreed to dismiss Mr. Pham Dang Nam and Mr. Tran Trong Huu from the PVGAS LPG Board of Directors to perform other duties. At the same time with the development orientation of PVGAS LPG as the largest LPG retail business unit nationwide, the General Meeting of Shareholders voted Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh –PV GAS Deputy General Director and Mr. Doan Truc Lam to hold the positions as members of the PVGAS LPG Board of Directors.

With high trust, members of PVGAS LPG Board of Directors agreed to vote Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh – PV GAS Deputy General Director- as Chairman of PVGAS LPG Board.

With the instruction and support of Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation, Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, as well as the solidarity and determination of the Board of Directors, PVGAS LPG Board of Management and all employees determine to excellently complete production and business plan in 2021. Moreover in upcoming time, PVGAS LPG will deploy orientations and strategies to become a LPG retailer with the largest market share nationwide to increase benefits for shareholders and investors.
