The abovementioned achievements resulted from the determined efforts of the Corporation to implement a wide range of management andbusiness development solutions, as well as cost optimization. The responsibility demonstrated by the PV GAS workforce was acknowledged and highly valued by the Corporation, which was expected to continue in order to successfully meet the 2024 management targets.
“The results for the first half of the year are rather positive,” President and CEO Pham Van Phong emphasized: “However, the targets for the second half remain very challenging still. Ensuring completion is very difficult, especially with many unfavorable factors” He thereby urged all divisions andunits to continue focusing on business operations with the spirit of: “Concentrate fully on business operations and identify-establish growth drivers for the Corporation.”
Sustainably develop Vietnam's gas industry - Honor and Responsibility of PV GAS.
The success of this year’s management plan depends largely on the collective efforts of the leaders and the workforce of the corporation. Firstly, leaders must maintain a consistent directive approach to uphold the goals, address existing issues and resolve bottlenecks to enhance the overall activities. Detailed implementation plans should be developed for each target, along with specific solutions to ensure the completion of these objectives. Secondly, the entire PV GAS workforce must unite, strive, and work together to overcome challenges while also promoting and enhancing "managing change - renewing old motivations - introducing new ones" through concrete measures, sticking to the principle of "Real speech – Real action – Real effectiveness"
