Workshop reviews and signs the operational coordination process of Gas-Power-Fertilizer-A0 in the Southwest region.
Ca Mau Gas-Power-Fertilizer Complex, which is one of the country’s important industrial parks, is located at Khanh An commune in Ca Mau Province’s U Minh district. Here, Power, Fertilizer and Gas Processing Plants receive gas from PM-3 Commercial Arrangement Area (CAA) block in the overlapping zone between Malaysia and Vietnam to produce electricity, nitrogen and liquid products from gas such as LPG and condensate.
To strengthen the cooperation and coordination of stakeholders in the PM3 Ca Mau gas chain, update important changes in operation, at Ca Mau Gas-Power-Fertilizer Complex, the stakeholders’ Leaders and representatives in the chain including Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS), Petrovietnam Camau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company, Ca Mau Petrovietnam Power Company and the National Load Dispatch Center (A0) held a workshop to review and sign the Operational Coordination Process of Gas-Power-Fertilizer-A0 in the Southwest region.
Over the years, the Operational Coordination of Gas-Power-Fertilizer-A0 has always been considered as an important work, interested by stakeholders, concretized into the Operational Coordination Process, signed officially in March 2012 and updated in August 2018 after the Ca Mau Gas Processing Plant was put into operation. Accordingly, the Parties have been always coordinating their operation well and closely to ensure efficiency in their operation management, and optimization in their production and business.
At the Workshop, the stakeholders’ leaders and delegates shared their difficulties and challenges, discussed and agreed on important points in operational coordination, thereby addressing the specific solutions in the upcoming time.
The Parties have agreed and jointly signed the Operational Coordination Process of Gas-Power-Fertilizer-A0 in the spirit of creating the most favorable conditions for all them in the operation and gas consumption from the Ca Mau PM3 Plant, ensuring absolute safety for the gas chain and meet the highest gas demand of Ca Mau PM3 gas consumers, and their harmony of interests, and sharing the difficulties in operation.
