In Vung Tau city, Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation’s Veterans Association recently held a conference to review its work in 2022, and to deploy tasks in 2023.

Responding to Vietnam’s Law Day (November 9, 2012-November 9, 2022) and approved by leaders of Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS), its Division of Legal Affairs successfully hosted a Workshop on "Legal issues on contracts in project finance transactions (Project Finance)" in Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.

At the office of Dinh Co Gas Processing Plant under Petrovietnam Gas Vungtau Processing Company (PV GAS VT), Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS) and Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) met the Internal Security Department (A02), the Economic Security Department (A04), the Ministry of Public Security, the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) and the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Police on ensuring security, safety and counter-terrorism at gas works of PV GAS and Phu My Fertilizer Plant.

Recently, representatives of Board of Management at PV GAS and Petrovietnam Gas Projects Management Company (PV GAS PMC) visited and gave away gifts to Loi Bac Primary School (Keo Co village, Loi Bac Commune, Loc Binh District, Lang Son Province). 

As a part of the regular activities associated with production and business, PV GAS member units continued to coordinate together in carrying out communication programs to raise people's awareness of ensuring security and safety for gas pipelines, oil and gas works, and other ones for the community at the end of October and early November.

PV GAS has achieved the target of profit after tax in 2022 when its 9-month profit increased by 72% from the previous year to more than VND11.7 trillion, exceeding the expected figure of more than VND7.03 trillion in the whole year.

After receiving an honour in the Top 50 Vietnamese listed companies in 2022 voted by Forbes Vietnam, PV GAS continued to be named at many other business awards ceremonies.

PV GAS On October 31 successfully organized a financial conference of “Assessment of influence caused by exchange and interest rates fluctuations on PV GAS" in Ho Chi Minh City. PV GAS invited the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) to attend and give opinions on risk management solutions to confront interest rate and exchange rate fluctuations to enterprises like PV GAS.

The market capitalization of this real estate giant Vinhomes was behind Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS) - HOSE: GAS for the first time since it listed on Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange in May 2018.

In two days of October 26 - 27, PV GAS and its consulting partner Ernst & Young Viet Nam Limited (EY) organized a series of conferences on Art-of-Possible Digital Transformation with the theme of "Energizing through Digital".

In October 2022, PV GAS Trade Union instructed its affiliated ones to carry out many activities to celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day, and promote the action program on the women development to honor their female staff, connecting them together with many meaningful and joyful activities, which still saved the cost and ensured labor productivity.
